My story
Anton Lippis is the owner and founder of Xpress Personal Training. Here’s his story.
Hi, I’m Anton! I created Xpress Personal Training 30 years ago to provide a fast and efficient, 30-minute personal training program that would help busy people create good exercise and eating habits.

I have a confession to make — as a young guy I was never obsessed with fitness myself! Smashing out a workout at the gym was not my idea of fun. Plus, I love my sweets and I don’t like salad!
I know — It seems like an odd start for a fitness instructor. Getting my act together was hard. Once I had kids, I put their wellbeing first and, like many single parents, I often felt tired and overwhelmed. But I knew that no-one was coming to rescue me and it was up to me to become the person I wanted to be, both for them and myself.
I struggled to keep to a plan and I failed at times. But I was committed to my goals, and I learned that the more consistent I was with my training, the better I felt physically.
At last, I began to trust in the evidence before me — adopting a regular fitness routine was good for me! Good for my physical and mental health. I became a better person and a better father. I learned that I could actually follow through with things — and that gave me much more confidence in myself.
Since starting Xpress Personal Training, I’ve supported all kinds of people on their health and fitness journeys. Many of my clients have stayed members at the gym for more than 20 years.
I remain as passionate as ever to help others. I welcome you to join us at Xpress Personal Training.
