Are you Covid-safe?

 

Yes.

 

  • No one has caught Covid from our gym.

  • Our members tend to be 40+, don’t go to nightclubs, behave responsibly

  • No one comes to the gym when they are ill

  • Most members wear masks (some don’t during cardio)

  • All members are given spray bottles and cloths to clean equipment after use

  • All members use hand sanitiser on entering and leaving the gym

Do you lock people into long contracts?

 

No. Our personal training and gym memberships are very flexible. Gym memberships options are 3, 6 or 12 months for those who would like to train 3-4 times per week; for those who want to come in 1-2 times per week we offer blocks of casual training sessions. Personal training sessions are available in blocks of five to 100.

Can I try before I buy?

Are the trainers qualified?

 

Yes. Every personal trainer is fully qualified and registered with national regulating bodies (Fitness Australia and/or Exercise and Sports Science Australia). Our personal trainers are experienced in delivering resistance and strength training, cardio and high intensity interval training, and designing the ideal program to help you meet your fitness goals.

​Is 30 minutes long enough for a personal training session?

 

Absolutely. It's all about intensity. Our personal training sessions are built around circuit and interval training, catered to your fitness level, age, and training goals. With their expertise, our personal trainings can tailor the intensity of sessions to ensure that 30 minutes is exactly long enough.

​How many people use the gym at one time?

Never more than 15, and often about 4 - 8. There are quiet times to choose if you wish.

 

Do you run classes?

Yes – mat-only Pilates. There is currently only one Pilates class held on a Wednesday night from 6:00-6:45pm. Due to Covid, there are limited numbers available.

Additionally, members regularly organise group circuit training and fitness sessions with a great team atmosphere.
